Dear Valued Customers,
The past few weeks have been tough with the spread of the COVID-19 virus. We would like to wish you, your
colleagues, and family well during this crisis, and ask you to take precautions to keep safe and healthy.
As a globally operating company, epidemic and pandemic risk scenarios are an integral part of the Group's risk
planning. Accordingly, DPDHL business operations are continually adapted to mitigate any potential impact. We
work closely with the local health authorities and international organizations such as MOH and WHO to
implement recommended precautionary measures. The safety of our employees and customers is paramount
and we have placed multiple contingency measures to mitigate any potential impact.

The Government of Malaysia has announced the implementation of the Restricted Movement Control Order
throughout the country effective 18th to 31st March 2020 to address the COVID-19 outbreak. However, all
essential services including Postal & Transportation are required to continue serving the people of Malaysia.
As confirmed by Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC), Domestic Courier Service
